At Dunlop Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
